Rick is a construction executive with 14 years experience in building new apartments and renovations to numerous properties throughout the country. He has been directly involved in building and improving more than $370 million of multifamily assets.
Rick’s professional experience includes key positions with multifamily leaders such as Camden Property Trust, Davis Development and Preferred Communities. With his background, Rick can assist clients in areas including land development, design, asset evaluation, marketing and construction of projects ranging from urbanized and garden style properties, assisted living facilities as well as student and military housing projects.
John Campbell, Senior Vice President
John has 15 years of extensive experience including subcontracting, building, project management and operations management in new construction as well as renovation of multi-family and commercial structures. He holds General Contractor’s licenses in eleven states including Florida and California and is a licensed HVAC contractor.
John serves the needs of his clients by providing quick and accurate bids, precise scheduling, quality staffing, and expedient unit turn-around. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia with additional class work, including architecture, at Oxford University.
